Getinge ISOCYT FREJA is a leaktight physical barrier, providing an aseptic environment for compounding, allowing storage and reuse of opened containers and assuring product sterility. Technicians are safely separated from the dangerous cytotoxic products. It is easy and comfortable to use, and has an optimized production workflow.

Sterility guaranteed
Getinge ISOCYT FREJA has the ability to maintain a sterile environment, without compromising the sterility assurance level of the components (drug, diluent and administration kit). Eatch item entering the isolator is passing the incorporated sterilization system — which guarantees the sterility level of the final cytotoxic medication. It is an automatic cost effective, integrated system for bio-decontamination of both isolator and transfer airlock, that uses hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) vapor (HPV) as a sterilant, which is generated from a bottle placed in a receptacle on the isolator. To make sure that the sterility is keept during all preparations, ingress and egress are done without any breakage of the initial sterile quality - it is a safe, leaktight system.
